Output Tools - Send Message (SMTP)

The Send Message (SMTP) Tool is used to send messages to virtually any SMTP compliant mail server. The Tool is capable of sending multiple messages in either text or HTML formats, incorporating data from an Input and/or Format Tool to any number recipients. If the data being used from, for example, a Database Query (ODBC) Tool includes a column containing e-mail addresses, then this may be used as a ‘dynamic’ recipient address for the messages sent.
